We clean individual offices and commercial buildings.

We like to have good communication with our commercial clients so we know just what their desires are. Every office is different, and we tailor our cleaning to fit each client's needs.

We will detail clean :

Desks
Chairs and chair legs
Filing cabinets
Pictures
Computer screens
Entry glass
Empty trash
Cobwebbing
Blinds
Woodwork

We move things on the desks to clean if that is desired. We will edge around the room and get under the desks with a small vacuum and then use a large beater bar vacuum on the carpeting.

Saturdays are reserved for our commercial cleanings. If a touch up is needed in the middle of the week, we will also do that. All our commercial work is done between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We use the team approach with our commercial cleanings. The team will consist of 2 - 6 people, depending on the size of the cleaning.

We provide all cleaning products and equipment unless a preferred product is requested that we don't normally use. Then the client is asked to provide it.

Construction Clean Up
Construction clean up is also part of our business. We will clean buildings and homes. It is done on an hourly basis. An estimate is provided free of charge.

Move-in and Move-outs
This requires an eye for detail. If you are moving into a new home, you want the place to sparkle. You do not want to be concerned about putting your food and dishes in the cupboards, or feel uncomfortable about using the bathroom. We have 16 years of experience with this type of cleaning. We have cleaned many empty student apartments and individual homes. We provide the quality we would want done if we were moving into that home or office. This usually consists of full detailing of the stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, cabinets, woodwork, and floors in the kitchen. Each room is given a top to bottom cleaning.

With each new cleaning, we sit down and discuss in depth exactly what is desired by the client. A list is typed up by the office staff, and the teams work from that list.
